1 General Terms & Conditions

Jabaji.bet (hereinafter referred to as "jabaji" or the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and jabaji. By using any of jabaji's services, you agree to be bound by all the terms of this agreement.

These terms have been written in English for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. 2 Account Registration

Important Rules for Deposits

• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The withdrawal process at jabaji is straightforward and transparent. However, certain rules must be followed for the protection of both you and us.

General Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500।
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• In cases of suspicious activity, jabaji may suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

• Each bonus offer applies once per account only.

Referral Bonus

Refer a friend to jabaji and both of you may receive a bonus. To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must open a valid account, deposit a minimum of ৳500, and place at least one bet.

6 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on jabaji, make sure you fully understand the rules below. They apply to all types of betting — Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature applies).
• Jabaji reserves the right to limit or reject any bet.
• The maximum bet amount per match may vary depending on the event.
• If your internet connection drops, live bets may not be confirmed.

Result Determination

• Results will be determined in accordance with the international rules of the relevant sport.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet will be refunded.
• Jabaji reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that contained a technical error.
• In the event of a dispute over a result, jabaji's decision shall be considered final.

Live Betting Special Rules

In live betting, odds change every few seconds. The odds shown when placing a bet may differ from those at the time of confirmation. In such cases, jabaji will notify the user and offer the option to confirm the bet at the updated odds.

7 Prohibited Activities

Jabaji is committed to maintaining a safe and fair environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

You may request to close your jabaji account at any time. Equally, jabaji may suspend or permanently close your account in the event of a terms violation.

Voluntary Account Closure

Account Termination by jabaji

Jabaji may terminate an account at any time without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Operating multiple accounts or registering under a third party's identity
• If bonus or promotion abuse is proven
• Involvement in money laundering or fraud
• Registering with false or incomplete information
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
• Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform

9 Limitation of Liability

Jabaji is committed to keeping its services as reliable and uninterrupted as possible. However, there are certain limitations to our liability, which are clearly outlined below.

• Jabaji is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Jabaji is not liable for any delays or issues caused by third-party payment systems.

• Users are solely responsible for any financial losses incurred through betting.
• Jabaji's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the account balance of the user in question.

Force Majeure

Jabaji will not be held liable for any service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, war, cyberattacks, or any other events beyond jabaji's control.

10 Changes to Terms

Jabaji reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes will follow the process outlined below:

• For significant changes, you will be notified at your registered email address at least 7 days in advance.
• Minor updates will be communicated via notifications on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
